Broadway Musical Revue

So you want to be a star, or sing in the chorus, or work on sets and costumes?  Join us at the Centre over the next few months to create a production of favourite Broadway tunes, woven together with local stories. We have already started the process, of seeking input for story ideas, with more than 50 people involved in the adventure.  Writers will be working with our director Reid Campbell, drawing on memories over the years of important times in our lives and the community. 

If you like to sing, work on sets or costumes, we’ll  find a place for you.  Student musicians from Bayview will be involved, as well as the Mahone Bay Legion Swing Band. We have received a grant of $21,300 from the federal New Horizons for Seniors Fund for this project.   Performances will take place in November 2010.
